PURCHASING, PACKING & SHIPPING

• All purchasing transactions will take place safely though Paypal.
• Accessory items will come handsomely packaged whether for yourself, or ready to be gifted. 
• Ceramic and vintage objects will be packed carefully (as often as possible in recycled and repurposed packaging). Because of this, these items are not necessarily "gift-ready", but please do not hesitiate to contact and I will do my best to send in a presentational manner. 
• All items will be shipped using USPS Mail. Items that can safely fit in one of the USPS flat-rate prioity mail boxes will be shipped via this method. Larger items will ship via USPS general ground shipping to keep rates lower. Shipping prices in the U.S. continue to rise across all delivery services, but I do my best to keep costs at a resonable rate.  Confirmation of shipping and a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow the standard delivery time of 3-5 days after your order has been processed and shipped.
• Den & Delve is not responsible for delayed or missing packages due to incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the buyer, or unforeseen circumstances involving the USPS.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Due to the specific nature of handmade and one of a kind items (many with unique, vintage materials), ALL SALES WILL BE FINAL. 
• Prices of handmade items vary based on size of item, complexity of assembly and rareness of materials.
• I do my best to photograph items in the best possible way, but please be aware that colors and textures may vary slightly in person.
• Vintage elements and materials used may intentionally show natural signs of age and imperfections like rough textures, discoloration, patina, etc.
